Zero Compile
THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPTED. YOU ARE THE ENGINE.
Welcome to [Zero Compile]. When you boot up the game, you will quickly realize something is terribly wrong. The physics are offline, the player logic is missing, and the level data is completely corrupted.
You are not just a player; you are the developer assigned to fix this mess. Using the integrated OS taskbar, you must open the Engine, rebuild the environment, and write actual code to restore the system.
FEATURES:
- In-Game Level Editor: Open the Engine interface to access the visual grid. Place ground blocks, design a path, and set up the Finish Line to create a functional level.
- Runtime C# Compiler: The character is broken. Open the code editor and write real C# scripts to give the player movement logic.
- Hack the System: Utilize the provided API and clues left in the code templates to trigger the
WinGamefunction and save the corrupted sector. - Seamless Play/Edit Modes: Swap instantly between Edit Mode (where time freezes and physics sleep) and Play Mode (where your code is dynamically injected and executed).
A Note on the Origins: This experience was born out of a much larger, unannounced project currently in development at ZeroMesh Studios. While building complex systems for that title, the runtime compiler and dynamic level editor mechanics became so incredibly fun to play with that we decided to extract them. We built this standalone, puzzle-hacking experience specifically to explore the limits of those tools.
